With the constant changes in health insurance coverage and plans merging and restructuring, we may not be enrolled as providers with all plans. Please check with your insurance provider to verify coverage. You may also call our office for assistance. Like any medical provider, we are asked by your insurance company to collect copays at time of your office visit. Depending on your coverage, these may include charges for xrays, splinting, bracing, etc .
