David T. Rispler, M.D.

Welcome to River Valley Orthopedics! I would like to take this opportunity to share with you some information about myself and my experience in healthcare. Originally from New York, I graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology in 1984. I received my medical degree from the University of Miami in 1988. I then completed a 1 year internship and a 5 year residency program at the University of Chicago Medical Center. In 1994 I completed a 1 year Joint Replacement fellowship program at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. Prior to joining River Valley Orthopedics I worked for the University of Missouri and Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson, Missouri. I joined River Valley Orthopedics in 2005 as an office orthopedic physician.

As an orthopedic physician, my work is dedicated to the treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system (the bones and joints of your body). It is my mission to provide you excellent care and service. I always strive to provide you the same high-quality orthopedic care that I would offer to a family member.

In addition, I enjoy travel, golf, coaching soccer, baseball, basketball, and spending quality time with my wife and three children.
