Michigan’s Free Fishing Weekend

Fishing, a premiere outdoor sport and favorite family pastime, the Michigan DNR has created an annual tradition of Free Fishing Weekends for two days, twice a year. This weekend is the annual summer free fishing taking place both June 13th & 14th. All fishing license fees will be waived for residents and out-of-state visitors on all waters for all species of fish (all other fishing regulations still apply).
