Ben Harper, M.D.
Cool fact about Dr. Ben Harper: He met his wife while working as a wrangler in Wyoming.

Orthopedic surgery seemed the perfect combination of a challenging and rewarding professional career that still allowed me to work with my hands.  When not at work I enjoy spending time with my wife and my daughter.  We enjoy gardening and cooking as a family.  My daughter and I keep a standing “date” on Saturday morning when I’m not on call, which usually winds up being a trip to Tractor Supply and the donut shop.  Occasionally, I may sneak off to the range for a round or two of trap.

Note from Dr. Harper

I am a specialist in adult knee and hip reconstruction. One of the things that led me to this practice area is that I found the majority of patients needing hip and knee replacements were pleased with the results and were able to participate and enjoy life more fully after joint replacement. I enjoy how pleasant it is to visit my patients afterwards! Hip and knee arthroplasty are some of the most successful surgeries in America in terms of improvement in quality of life. That is an encouraging fact. Wanting to be as well trained as possible for my patients, I elected to pursue fellowship training in complex hip and knee arthroplasty.

I look forward to bringing my expertise to you and helping bring back your quality of life, with greater mobility and comfort.
