Note from Brenda

Hello and welcome! My goal is to help people of all ages stay active and healthy.  This may be a return to sports or simply doing daily activities.  I think it is important for patients to understand their condition or injury and to ask questions so they are comfortable with their treatment choices.

I graduate with a Master’s degrees as a Physician Assistant in 2004 from The George Washington University.  I then went on to complete the Norwalk Hospital /Yale University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Surgical Residency Program.  This intensive program allowed me to explore many areas of surgery.  It was while completing the program that I got a chance to work in Orthopedic Surgery.  For the most part, I have been working in Orthopedics ever since.  Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University.

I have an interest in Sports Medicine and treat injuries and conditions of the knee, hip, shoulder and elbow.
